Ragan Design Group designed a new 32,000 SF electronics factory for SWEMCO in 2000. SWEMCO recently returned to Ragan Design Group for a 55,000 SF expansion comprising 2 stories. The manufacturing floor was expanded into the first floor of the addition, an new shipping and receiving dock was created, administrative offices and employee café moved to second floor, along with substantial future expansion space, to allow repurposing of former administrative space in the original building to manufacturing space.
