For its Woodbury New Jersey location, Penn Medicine opted to locate in a building Ragan Design Group had repurposed for its redeveloper from a vacant discount department store to an energy efficient medical office building with a solar array on its expansive flat roof. The building was set back from its highway frontage by acres of parking which led Ragan Design Group to design a tower like entrance element to enable the Penn Medicine’s identity to be clearly seen by passing motorists.
