Marlton, New Jersey

Constructed in the 1980’s, Marlton Greene survived a major rerouting of the intersection of NJ routes 70 and 73 when an a traffic circle was removed for a new overpass and ramps. With the center’s context changed, the owners decided to freshen the building’s outward appearance and reutilize retail space that had new found frontage on access roads and ramps. Ragan Design Group carefully considered how the existing building was perceived from the reconfigured roads, and altered the building via façade enhancements and additions to take best advantage of the center’s changed surroundings.
