A successful retail center in need of a light freshening after 30 seasons of New Jersey weather, Crispin Square was a study in focused intervention. Faded receding colors were made vibrant, utilitarian columns were made a visual punctuation, metal roofs prone to icing were given rainwater conductors and snow guards, and new LED soffit and accent lighting animated the center in the evenings at a lower energy cost.
