Burlington, NJ

Originally constructed in the early 1960’s as a Burlington County office building, 218 West Broad in Burlington city was vacated when County offices were consolidated in the suburbs during the 1990’s. Our task was to renovate the building to become professional office suites, and develop a new image for the building consistent with the context of its surroundings just steps from a stop along NJ Transit’s River Line.
