RICHARD R. RAGAN, R.A., P.P., PRESIDENT
As a planner and architect for over thirty-five years, Rick Ragan has worked in cooperation with local officials, citizens and developers, striving to develop long-term solutions to the complicated issues facing communities. He encourages innovative thinking, while bearing in mind the practical needs of the local jurisdiction as well as the benefits of regional planning. In both planning and in architecture Rick Ragan has made a commitment to ensuring that community planning and design are responsive and sensitive to the context and environment of each locality, and community involvement is viewed as paramount to any project's success. As President of Ragan Design Group, Rick is responsible for strategic planning, firm development and principal oversight on the firm’s planning, architecture, and landscape architecture projects. Rick has also carried over his skill set into land development and has developed a multitude of commercial, office, and housing projects.
E. MICHAEL WISNOSKY, P.P., AICP, PARTNER AND DIRECTOR OF PLANNING
Michael began his career at Ragan Design Group in 1986 as a Staff Planner/Landscape Architect. His area of responsibility included review of site plan, subdivision and zoning applications for local municipalities. Michael became the Director of Planning for Ragan Design Group in 1990 and a Partner in Ragan Design Group Planning, LLC in 2005. He is responsible for directing the Planning/Landscape Architecture Division, including hiring and supervision of staff, project generation and management, proposal and grant writing and client billing.
MARA WEXLER-WUEBKER, P.P., AICP, PROJECT PLANNER
Graduating from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1993 and Juris Doctorate in 1997, Mara began her career as an Attorney in private practice. After several years, Mara made the switch to municipal planning, bringing with her a strong background in the legal aspects land development and planning. She has worked for municipal planning departments and private planning consulting firms in New Jersey and Rhode Island. In 2006, Mara joined Ragan Design Group as a Project Planner and is responsible for performing research, analysis, and planning, facilitating public outreach, and project management for the firm’s special planning initiatives, including Master Plans, Parking Studies, Neighborhood and Corridor Studies, and Plan Endorsement Petitions.
DANIEL NICHOLS, AIA, NCARB, PROJECT ARCHITECT
Dan joined Ragan Design Group in 2007 and brings with him a BArch degree from Carnegie Mellon University and over 20 years experience in commercial, residential, and public projects. As Project Architect, he works closely with clients from concept through completion of projects providing programming, design development, cost estimating, project management, and construction administration. Since joining the firm, Dan has been involved with all of the firm's architectural projects including the Greater Trenton Behavioral Health patient housing, Hainesport Municipal Vehicles Garage, Penn Medicine at Woodbury Medical Office Building, the Moorestown Municipal Center, and the Dublin Square Restaurant in Bordentown. Dan is licensed to practice architecture in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and South Carolina.
JUSTIN PUCHINSKAS, ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Justin joined the firm in 2003 as architectural designer and draftsman after graduating from Burlington County Institute of Technology with a course of study in drafting. Justin is responsible for preparation of design and construction drawings for architectural projects, product research and specification, and construction site visits.
ROSEANNE ROMANO, OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Roseanne joined the firm in March of 2004 as an Office Administrator. She has a wide range of responsibilities which include providing executive support to the principal of the firm along with supporting the planning and architectural departments. As office administrator, Roseanne handles the benefits administration, marketing and project management support, bookkeeping, general office management, assistance for other Firm development projects and various reception duties.
